Research on the Integration of Ideological and Political Education in College English Classroom Teaching
Abstract
In the new era, cultivating people with morality is the fundamental task for colleges and universities to promote the construction and reform of ideological and political courses. English education is an important part of talent cultivation in colleges and universities. English courses have the characteristics of long duration and many class hours. Effectively implementing ideological and political education in this course can develop students’ language ability while cultivating their cross-cultural communication ability, as well as their humanistic qualities and patriotism. In the research process of strengthening ideological and political education in college English teaching, find specific and feasible paths to make the application of practical strategies more efficient.
