This paper explores the significance, challenges, and strategies of human resource management in the backdrop of hospital high-quality development. It analyzes how effective human resource management can contribute to enhancing medical service quality, promoting innovation, and building a competitive hospital. Through examining various aspects such as talent recruitment, training and development, performance evaluation, and employee motivation, it provides insights and suggestions for optimizing human resource management in hospitals to meet the demands of high-quality development.
